Read directly
The usual case: the box reads Fronius, SMA, Huawei, SolarEdge, Sungrow, Kostal, GoodWe, Growatt, Deye, SofarSolar and many more locally in your network – no cloud, no subscription.

Via the manufacturer’s app
Some brands only share their values through their own portal – the box fetches them there, at the pace of the manufacturer’s app. If that pace isn’t enough for you, you can switch to route 04 later.

After a look at the Wi-Fi stick
With Solis and SolaX Power, the stick in the inverter decides whether the box can read along directly – if it doesn’t fit, it gets swapped for the right one. A single photo shows us which one you have.

Via the electricity meter
And if none of that works, a small meter measures the surplus directly at the grid connection – no matter which inverter sits behind it.
